Dr. Marjorie "Joy" Jara grew up in the Philippines where she earned her DMD degree from University of the Philippines-Manila. She has lived in the Sacramento area since 2008.

Through continuous learning and experience, Dr. Jara is able to offer a variety of services, and provide for a comfortable patient experience for both adults and children. She believes in treating her patients like family, and thus strives to provide for exceptional dental care in a warm and caring environment. She involves her patients in all treatment decisions, helping them make informed decisions about their dental health.

When not working, Dr. Jara enjoys working out at Kaia Fit, going to the movies with her family, and recently, started to explore hiking.
